The downtown clinic required a high visibility location with off-street parking in downtown Colorado Springs.

Strata identified, purchased, and provided substantial upgrades to the interior and exterior of this downtown property to meet the needs of One Medical. As a bonus, Strata Group is now officing on the second floor of the building.
